Hey maybe its me (been drinkin a little Mr. Daniel's [sm=bustedsign.gif]) but, I think ur driverside lights are aimed a little high.
All I could see in the last pic was a big white spot. I'm blind[8D]
I remember when I installed my lights the driverside lens was shooting up to the moon & the passenger side lens was point'n to the ground.
Same goes with the fog lamps when I installed them too.

The Driversside is not high. It is angled in towards the grill more. The way I have them setup is the Projection Light Lines are matched. The low side on the drivers side is in the left lane and angles up at the yellow line and across my lane. My passangerside lights low side is in my lane angles up at the white line and the high side is on the side of the road. Here is what I mean by the light line. This is how I had them positioned when I first put them in but it rendered my bright useless on the passangerside.

Now they are on the same plane and the driversside angled to the right more. They way the light beam is steped at the top one usually lights up before the other depending on where your standing.

I guess. Keeping an eye out for better shape fog lights. Did you replace yours? Were your stock fogs bad? Mine suck.

Well I went and bought the xenon 100 watt 893's but, 6 months later they melted my lenses and made a hole.
So I removed a foglamp from by buddies 99 and installed it on mine. I liked how it looked and decided to order a stock foglamp set for a 99 ram.
Then with having crystal clear foglamps I finally found the headlamps and corners that matched.
