Default weird driving..any ideas?

i was sitting in a parking lot waitin for my brother and when I went to give it gas, my truck lost power and felt like it was missing. The exhaust sounds weird now, and it like hesitates when im driving at low rpm, if it kicks into over drive it is really choppy and rough...im not sure why, i was thinking maybe a bad injector? fuel filter? im not sure...any ideas?

oh yeah i forgot to mention, when i start it i smell a lot more gasoline then i used too, i always could smell it with my free flowin exhaust but not its alot stronger, like its not getting burned up

Have the fuel system tested for the right pressures specified for your truck. The pressure regulator might be shot, and that means dropping the tankI think because it might be on the pump. So just get a pressure test from the dealer or reputable shop. Does it get worse or same gas mileage????

yeah the mileage is ****ty now, it got worse for a while and now when the trucks drivinlike this it straight up sucks, i have noticed my mileage getting worse...my mechanic told me that it could be the issue too, and he was gunna check it for me...im gunna look now but ask anyways, do u got a price range on this ? i also thought maybe its my ignition coil and thats why i smell the gas, it might be getting enough gas but its not getting spark due to a bad ignition coil and thats why i smell it

Yeah try the cap - rotor - and coil first. If that doesnt work its the pump or regulator or bothn that if I remember right cost my sister 7 - 800 bucks total parts n laborfrom the dealer. Run injector/fuel system cleaner in it too.

im so stupid, i checked all my wires but 1, and the one i didn't check had melted on my header b/c it got knocked loose and thats why my truck was messed up...i found this all out after checking my compression, plugs, bought new coil, cap and rotor, but the guy messed up and sold me all of that for 11.32 so im not upset lol, but now my truck is alll good
