you can get the TB cleaner if you completely remove it from the truck, remove the 3 sensors, and clean it with carb cleaner, toothbrush, finger, rags. more work, but probably better result. either way be sure and get the IAC well clean and the place in the throat where the throttle plates close up.

Watch out for the O-ring on your old IAC. re-use the old one if theres not one with the new valve.

yes you can reset pcm by disconnecting battery and turning key to start for 30 sec.

i didn't screw the pintle in or out. i just installed it and let it figure itself out. you will get a lot of whistling while it learns its position.
