how do you do that key thing for codes?

no, don't change the heat/air ambient sensor, it has nothing to do with IAT. i have no idea where its located. if money is too tight, remove the old IAT sensor and try cleaning it w/wd40 and reseating the connector. use a very little rtv on the threads as a sealer. then reset pcm by romoving neg battery cable and turning key to start for 30 sec, i think that will clear the code ??. see if it comes back.

well i went and ordered the part it will be here tuesday
so no worries about the money part of it. but i will give that a try

ok i'll take that back on tuesday when i pick up the other part

you cannot clean the IAT sensor... it is a thermistor type of part and cleaning it will do no good. if you yank it out, you'll see what I mean.

yeah i saw it , it looks like like a wire that has been soldered in the end of the part.
i sprayed it anyways i mean it cant hurt right.

i ordered it and it will be here tuesday so hopefully that is the correct part.

because the code says P0113 Intake Air Temp Sensor
so what do you think steve ?
think this may solve the problem ?
