well they will call them tye rod ends but when you get them they will go from one side to the other (when conected together provided you get both) unless somone has come up with some way to change the end but i cant see how

if you go into your auto parts store they will get you everything you need, you should check them first cuz they may not all be bad, if only one is loose it and the others seem tight you may only need to change one, on the other hand while your under there you could change them all and be done with it (thats what i did) you will need an alignment after and for that its best to take it to a shop (most tire shops to it fairley cheep) hence why i did all mine at once

here is a pic of the front end (not a very good one sorry) but you can see what each piece is (yours will be slightley differnt cuz this is a 01 front end and yours is 97 but the only big diff is where the steering damper mounts oh and i think your drag link mounts to the tye rod whitch goes straight across from wheel to wheel) anyways it shows you what each piece of the tye rod is and each piece of the drag link is,

dont be fooled by the pic that is just a genaric pic the part you will be getting will look diffrent
if you click on each part number on that link
then click on where it says check to make sure this part fits your application
then look at the bottem where it says tye rod end posision and application notes and it will tell you what end/arm it is
so each part will look diffrent than thos pics 2 will look simaler, 1 will be the end with a long rod, and 1 will be an end with a long rod with a hole in it

the only thing difftent you would need to get would be a diffrent pitment arm or possabley a adjustible draglink, however with only 3 in of suspention lift (if your sig is upto date) i wouldent worry about any of that there is enough adjustment in the OE draglink for 3 in of lift, i also have 3 in syspention lift and re-did all tye rod ends and mine are auchually the moog brand on that summit link and they will work fine for you
