Default Squealin/grinding

ok as i drove out of my work yesterday i noticed the right/front was squealing..so i sprayed the front end down with wd-40 to see if that would help...no luck..if you keep the wheel straight or turn it to the right while moving you will hear it..but if you turn the wheel to the left while moving it will stop..i am going to take a look at the brakes today...is there anything else i should check?

Are you sure that it is coming from the brakes? I have a crazy PWR Steering leak and when I get low my pump starts whining, the whining also gets worse when I turn.

Just an idea, maybe check the fluid.

I bet its brakes also. Not much you can really do. But you may be down to the wear indicator, its suppose to squeel when the bads get low.

to check your wheel barrings lift up the front corner so the tire is of the ground and grab on to the top and bottem and try to wiggle it back and forth if there is play its time for a new one if there is lots of play (and if its squeeking there probley will be) change it asap brfore your tire falls off

well its not the wheel bearings...i took the wheel off and it was coming from the claiper/pads area where it clamps onto the rotor...so i got an air gun and blew in there and alot of dirt and gunk came out...but i did notice my tires were lose when i shook it side to side...i remember one of my friends telling me my tie rod ends need to be replaced..but how can you tell if it needs tie-rods or ball joints?

when it had play were you wiggling side to side or top to bottem
side to side is tye rod ends
top to bottem is wheel berrings and or ball joints

another way to check tye rod ends is to look underneth and have somone move the steering back and forth if you see the rods start to move before the tires do then there bad
