Just had to do this after the window got vandalised a few months ago. The whole assembly needs to be removed/replaced. Both windows and the slider. They are all attached and you can not just replace 1 pane. Basically its just cauked into place with some caulk.

Id like to know also, I want to replace my split glass window with a solid one... my truck was obviously broken into in the past and now from the outside it takes like 2 seconds to take that window out and get in the truck...

Basically what I did, was use just a straight screwdriver and just pry around the edges until the glue/assembly started to come out, then just grabbed hold and pulled the thing out in 1 piece. To replace just used auto adheasive.
