Remove the power steering cap to allow the fluid to drain freely

Here's my lower Ball Joint on 2WD
I was able to do all this without removing the rotor, caliper or upper ball joint.
To do this you need a heavy hammer/mallot and a strong arm.
1. I took unhooked the bottom of the shock and the sway bar from the lower arm.
2. Remove the steering knucle from the lower joint.
3. Using a saws-all saw the top of the rivets off. Chisel off any remaining pieces.
4. Next drill a hole straight down through each rivet, (this step MAY not be needed)
5. Next hammer hard and many times, on the ball joint head, on the left, right and top (this helps loosen the rivets - some)
6. Then use a punch or abolt to hammer out each rivet.
7. Remove the old joint and replace with new joint.
8. Reverse procedure to button it all back together.

I need them in their own thread so if you can initiate a thread, include any pics, look at my example above and then post the link here... that way I will copy the links to the threads and you can change them if you need to. I also recommend a disclaimer of sorts in your post...
