Default Brake steer mystery

So what would cause my brakes to one day pull left and another time pull right, then sometimes just not pull at all? i just did the brakes like a month ago, pads and rotors. i always thought if it pulls one of the calipers is hanging up but sense its pulling both ways or not at all im confused

I would suspect oil contamination. Is there any evidence of brake fluid leakage?

sounds like your calipers are sticking. do a fluid flush on it and see if the problem remains, if it does, they calipers may need to be rebuilt/replaced. if you do, switch over to a synthetic fluid when your done.

mine did the same thing, and it was a swollen piston. caused it to pull to the passenger side, baecause that was the only side the caliper was working right. rebuilt caliper is onlt $15 at autozone..

That links to a power stering filter lol. but i know what you ment. Decided to blow all my money this week on a 50 inch plasma tv instead lol. Im gonna try bleeding the breaks out this weekend, prob just bleed the entire system cause who knows when it got done last and how rancid the fluid is. Brake fluid is free when you work at a garage
