evap coil???
I did not see anything on a 2nd gen search. Look through a Haynes manual for the 2nd Gens. I've done it on a van, some things I think may be easier on the Trucks, other places harder. Like you have get to it from both interior andout. If you can remove the glove compartment and reach the connections, then your doing well.
It's pretty straight-forward for the most part, but there are some frustrating linkages on the interior that the Haynes (or AllData) really help with.
Cheers.

Wildwolf,
I posted a step by step on how to change out your evaporator. If you follow my instructions you will be able to do it no problem. I did mine for the first time and I never ran into any major issues. Just go to search and search my ariticle by davmelrach. It should come right up.

Wildwolf,
Trust me, those instructions are spot on. You won't have any trouble, just make sure when you put your heater box back together that you align your flaps properly. Takes a little fanaggaling but you need to make sure they are all aligned or else your air flow wont work properly. I'll check this post daily in case you run into something unexpected.
See ya,
Dave
