While I have had my share of speeding tickets, I have deserved everyone of them. It doesn't make sense to be angry at them when you know you were exceeding the posted speed limit.

That has happened to me twice. I was driving my indy red 2001 Stratus R/T. They can't pull over everyone in the group so they pull over the one that sticks out the most to them.
My excuse(still wrong) is that I bought that car off the showroom in Germany and was used to cruising at 160mph on the autobahn. Even 70mph in the US seemed rediculously slow.
After they hit my bank account a couple times for $300+ I slowed it down and haven't got a ticket in over 5 years.

Sorry to hear about your ticket. to let some people go and not others is not fair. ther are times I enjoy watching people get pulled over. like when I am in the fast lane going about 10 mph and some a-hole thinks he can gt in teh carpool lane and fly by me because he might e running late due to poor planning on his side.In Phoenix they have motorcycle cops hiding everywherefor that and I love watching those tickets get handed out.

If any cop (hell if any person at all) is stupid enough to tailgate you on a motorcylce and you're in a dodge ram I'd just down shift. I wouldn't even hit the brakes cause then they'd see the lights. They do that **** on purpose.
Oh and radar blockers are the way to go. Doesn't matter what ticket they give you, if they didn't get a clear reading it won't hold up in court. Gotten me out plenty of times.There's a lesson to be learned about driving a nice vehicle. You'll get pulled over for it. You just gotta be a little bit smarter then the bad guys =)
But they're not all pigs, and hell around where I live I get along pretty good withmost of thecops. They don't bother me when I go mudding (even where I shouldn't) and when they're good about not bothering me. So live and let live. the indy part of your truck made it look too fast for the open road.. they all just jealous cuz they dont have a ram.. they gotta drive fords hahaha

Too bad you don't have 4 wheel drive. Gotten out of trouble before by hiding underneath bridges or stuffing it up in the woods and walking home lol.
I didn't even notice you had an Indy Ram, you might as well have a bright red corvette dude. That just made you a glutten for police enforcment. Beautiful truck though.

+5- its funnier when ghost cars turn on their radars right when passing you.. your detector goes nuts. but they miss out on giving a ticket.
i drove across province yesterday and only saw only one cop, other than at the accident scene., had a decent run- 120kph+ the whole way home except through some cities.. others i just flew through..
however, i dont condone unsafe speeding. - idiots who pass and end up putting oncoming intowards the ditch.

Honestly, I don't understand why people refuse to take responsibilty for thier own actions. If you choose to do faster then the posted speed limit, then you are asking for a ticket, I don't care if it is 5, 10 or 20 mph over the speed limit. I once had a state trooper tell me "Have you ever gone fishing? Ok, did you catch every fish in the river? Of course not, you caught the ones who took the bait first and the easiest." Don't give them a reason to pull you over and 99 time out of 100 they won't touch you. Now that one cop about the tinted glass sounded a little bored and off his kilter there, but every other story I have heard, the driver was in the wrong, and 10mph over is not miniscule. I do over the speed limit all the time, but not near as bad as I used to and the two tickets I have gotten I deserved. I am not a cop or anything, but a professional truck driver and I am on the road better then 3300 miles every week and see quite a bit of what goes on, and those WHO CHOOSE to driive flashy vehicles and make them known by exceeding the speed limit (even if it is with others) will get pulled first. That is a choice you made and must understand, you wish to have attention drawn to you, and so it shall.

btw.. what was the accident on sunday around 1-3? near the top end of PG at the last intersection where the meridian ends before leaving town?
little stationwagon looked like it was tagged in the rear end, but I didnt see any other vehicle involved. i guess some people just cant drive..

i find people who are making crazy passes where oncoming gotta pull right over to avoid an accident, deserve tickets more than anyone.
