IOD fuse, i believe #12 in the cab instrument panel, could be at fault. it's the one with the black plastic tab holding it from coming all the way out, i had to break mine to get it apart...but that fuse feeds both those loads.
It was the IOD fuse. You guys are awesome! I had that fixed that same night, thanks to you.I don't work on cars much. I'm a helicoptor mechanic, so hey...if anyone needs help with their Blackhawk, let me know. Thanks again.
Pull your cigarette lighter out and check to make sure it hasn't unscrewed itself! Obviously make sure it isn't hot to the touch and hold onto the heating element in one hand and the **** in the other. Check to see if it will screw together. If the heating element is stuck in the socket, pull the fuse out and use needle nose pliers to fish it out and reassemble. Then reinstall fuse.
