Default electronic locks

my passenger side servo gave out, and i am looking for a brand-new electric lock mechanism. does anyone know the oem stock #? I found it on makeitdodgeparts.com, but no part number. it's 45.20. they list it as 'LOCK, All Models, w/Power Locks, Right ', but i am not sure if that is the right part. it sounds like the right part. the dodge dealership wanted $150+ for a new one, so i don't know. that was without installation!

I just got done dealing with a passenger side power window that wouldn't go down.
Turns out the connector to the driver side power switch was a little loose. The drivers side can cripple the passengers side too. Does the passengers side lock the drivers door
Here's a link to help with all the different potential problems. Even if you have to buy a new part, you could easily install it yourself.

Look under 8n: POWER SYSTEMS

And if while you're working, everything stops working, don't forget to reconnect the batt and check the fuse box (personal experience, doh!)

I would say to try the cheap fixes first

i uninstalled it to see if i could repair the servo, but no luck. it is shot. the driver's side lock works fine, all windows too. i am getting the voltage to the servo, but the servo is shot. i had my driver's side window actuator go out on me once. i got new oem from dodge, and installation was a breeze.

have you thought about a junkyard?

save you money at least. Though the ones around here are pretty well picked over.

the junkyard wants $50 for one. i found one for $25 on ebay, but looks pretty crappy. i might as well buy an oe one from mopar. with warranty it's a better deal.

$52 for a new elec locking mechanism, and a new striking plate. the guy threw in an extra door-control cluster too. sweet!
