first i need to fix the u-joints now a thermostat and then i cant get it too stop leaking coolant,
also dies when it gets to operating temp and it seems like it has a miss in one of the cylinders

replaced
IAC, TPS, CAP, ROTOR,THERMOSTAT, THERMOSTAT GASKET.

anything else too look for
oh and it seems like the alternator is not working.

I would check codes using a scan tool. But first you might try resetting the PCM.

check pcm.. and also .. when you replaced the t'stat did you by chance disconnect any of the grounds?.. w/e it is.. seems to be electrical.. make sure you didnt pinch any wires coming off the alt.. woulda blown some fuses in the power dist. box.. wheres it leaking coolant from? ?
