Default Could use some fast help

I'm adding electric fans right now and in a bit of a bind.

How does he water pump pulley connect to the water pump. Do I need the large Fan clutch nut to keep it on? and how do I remove that from the fan clutch if I even can?

You do not need a nut to keep the pulley on. Best way to remove the fan and clutch is by placing a strap wrench around the pulley, and break the nut loose w/ a 36mm wrench. The fan is held to the clutch with 4 bolts that you will see when you remove the assembly.
