You can always use a postal or fisherman's scale
with any wrench handle to set torques.

I have 30 year old Craftsman torque wrenches that are still in calibration.

My brother swears by Snap-On

most of the dodge specs that are in inch lbs are divisible by 12....so just divide it by 12 and set your ft lb wrench to that spec. (intake manifold...144 inch lbs=12 ft lbs.)
That doesn't work when your torque wrench starts at 20 ft-lbs.

Well now...

The Craftsman is on sale for 37.49 thru tonight,

The harbor freight I can get a3/8",0 to 80 ft/lbs for 19.99 anytime. Since I've got to order the plenum kit from Hughes, might as well get the harbor freight and save the money.

Thanks guys!
yah but if the craftsman brakes, you go to sears and get a new one...if the harbor frieght brakes, you order another one. Thats why i buy all craftsman.

You don't even need it for the plenum, just follow the steps and tighten it "enough"
