On a 2000 dodge 5.2 you'll need a 1" breather you can buy from most any parts store, follow the clean air breather tube from the stock air box down to the valve cover and pull the tube and plastic knuckle out of the valve cover. There should be a rubber ring in the valve cover, save that and push the 1" breather into the spot where the knuckle was.
Make sure you get a 1" breather, not 3/4" with rubber fittings, the fittings usually increase the size to 1 1/8" to 1 1/4 "and that's too much. The 1" will feel alittle loose when it's in there but it will stay just fine.
Make sure you get a new A/C gasket to go on the throttle body too, the old, thin rubber one won't seal very well.

Thanks all,
I cancelled the order on the JET Chip im glad you stopped me....What do you think of the superchip microtuner? The B&G looks great but i dont have $550 to drop right now...... The motor looks great with mopar performance....I have a few questions though......
What do you do with the vacuum line going into the stock airbox?
How did you hook up the threaded rod? I dont see any in the TB....
Does anyone have the stock #s for setting it up the mopar performance way? What would i need to buy besides the circular filter?
Thanks.....sorry for so many ?'s Pics will be on tonight or tommorow......Im in the middle of upgrading wires and plugs at the moment and need to have it finished for work at 3:00 [:'(]

There is a threaded hole on top in the front on the TB. You simply make an S out of the threaded rod, easy.
Get the air cleaner from summit racing, comes with cleaner, filter, rod and seat gasket. DCC-5249807
