Looks good Indy, but, having worked in a rad shop for 4 years I really, really don't like those nylon straps running through the rad and A/C core to hold it on. I've seen quite a few of these setups rub through the rad, A/C tubes after a while. I made a couple of steel brackets to mount mine on the front clip. Just my 2 cents.

its as simple as cutting the hot line and splicing the cooler in place of it. The only "special" tool you need is a small pipe cutter ($5) Take a look at your transmission lines that run to the radiator, and see if you cant figgure it out. let me know what you think.

Sounds good. Which line is the hotline? I guess I could just find out by starting the motor and seeing which one gets warmer?

info and pics here. i routed mine differently from Indy's.
i did trans(hot) to rad (bottom) to rad (top) to aux cooler to trans(cool).
i wanted to drop the temp in the radiator first (180), and then bring it on down in the aux cooler.
that might not work good in a cold weather climate.

For those of you who are newer to the site - there is a "2nd Gen DIY" section in the sticky threads at the top of the 1st page in the 2nd Gen section. There are many good ideas and "how to" articles in that section. This link is to the one I have in there with directions on installing a tranny cooler as well.
