OK, I changed my brake pads What is my next step?
OK, I changed my brake pads and brakes are still the same? I have to press brake pedal hard to stop.
I tried slamming my brakes on but no wheel lock up? What is my next step???

I don't know a ton about these trucks, but this applies to all others I've played with.
If they're spongy they need to be bled. (That's universal)
If it goes further than normal but still brakes just fine, the pedal needs to be adjusted inward (pistons take too long to engage.) If you push hard and it feels like the pedal stops before it should and doesn't feel like it's using it's full capacity, the pedal is too far back and needs to be adjusted forward.
(I don't know if the pedal is adjustable)

could be a bad mastercylinder, and it could also be a bad brake booster. Do you have any assist at all? or does it feel the same as it does when the truck is off...unplug the vacuum line and see if it changes. if it doesn't make sure your getting vacuum to the booster, if you are then change the booster.
but u said the brakes were mooshy befor you did the pads... so it wouldnt hurt to try to bleed all 4 brakes, and if you didnt open the bleeder when u pused the piston back in u crammed old nasty fluid back up the line so bleed that out.

If you have bled the brakes, and still have no pedal. I would say you have a bad master cylinder or your brake booster is shot.

I'm still voting for a brake booster (like I did in your post before you changed your pads). It fixed mine. My pedal was hard at the top and would not lock up the brakes - I don't care how hard you pushed.

When just pads are changed, the brakes do not need bleeding.... Some one posted a while back that it might be the brake booster?

Read the bottom part of this thread about bedding the brakes... it may solve your problem.
