Default conveter trick

Im going to gut out my cat as refered to in one of my last posts but i want to get one of those deals to shut off my engine light. do any of you know where i can get them or what i need to look for on e-bay?

You have the specs to make one iceman? What resistor and which wire to splice it into?

Some guys just wrap the o2 sensor in aluminum foil and strap it to the frame outside of the exhaust. It might work for you.

Heres what i did for an o2 simulator. Take a spark plug non fouler( i belive its 13/16 its the biggest one) the thread pitch is the exact same as a o2 sensor. drill out the bottom of the non fouler large enough so you can screw the o2 sensor into it all the way, then screw the non fouler with the o2 sensor in it in to the o2 sensor port after the converter, the hight diffrence given by the non fouler indicates enough diffrence in the reading that it wont throw an engine light on, done it dozens of times.
