Can any one tell me what i should expect to pay to get headers and dual exhaust put on? I got the direct fit shorties from edelbrock, and a dual exhaust kit with Flowmaster 40 series the pipes are already bent to shape its suppose to just bolt on... I want them to spot weld it in tho, so any ideas what i should expect to pay for it?

Did that site not have them? Damn, I entered a 2001 2500 with a 5.9. Maybe I screwed it up.

Is the 5.9L in the 2500 the same as the 1500 5.9L? the headers on the 1500 5.9and 5.2 are the sameI believe. What exactly makes your truck a 2500HD? 3/4 ton instead of 1/2 ton? If that's the casethe long tubes may work after all. I jst don't know if there's a clearance issue under there or not. I would call summit and ask. I know this, if you have a problem with anything at Summit, they're great about returns.

dodge: HD probably means that they use different stronger parts like the Dana 60's instead of the 9 1/4's.

I could not really tell you because im still deployed and have not yet installed all of thoose items, i bought them all within the last month but im getting them installed the first weekend that im home.... So ill definately post something when that happens, prolly sometime in november.... Herd alot of good things about Hypertech, hope it works like i have herd because i gave a pretty penny for it ill tell you that much, its suppose to get you 2-3 mpg better but you have to use 93 octane.... That sucks but i can sacrifice for power and well see if it actually saves money in the long run or not.....
