Default leveling out my off-road

i have run a set of spacers on my wrangler inthe pastbut just double checking about running them on my ram. if i put some 2' leveling spacers in the front (and i already have taller coils w/the off-road ed.) will i need to re-locate the track bar bracket? i am just wondering if it (trac bar bracket)was already modified from the factory or it is in the same location as a stock ram, but hasnt been moved because the factory coils are only 2' taller than stock rams. same question for the shocks, are they taller from factory or just a higher grade of shock. i understand that some keep the same shocks but will i need to replace mine with longer ones? sorry for the "kindergarden" questions but i am new to the truck world (everything was so easy with the jeep, such a basic platform!!!) thanks for the help guys...

I have an off-road and I added a 2" leveling kit with no problems. I havn't done anything with my track bar and used the stock shocks when I installed the kit. I have recently upgraded my shocks only because it was time for new ones.

how much of a difference did you notice in the stance once installed? worth the little cost and time to install? what size tires and wheels are you running with the spacers installed? thanks for the help...

I had spacers on my '05 and didnt care for them that much... i ended up going with a spring up front. the cost difference was about $50 bux. there is a DIY writeup on installing springs/spacers linked int he DIY thread at the top of the forum... have a look. they are easy to install.

i am just worried i might overcompensate* because when i stand back and look the front appears lower than the rear by only about 1". and i hate the look of a truck in which the front end is higher than the rear! i am running 285/75/R16 currently and thinking about getting some 33's.how bad/often did you rub with 35's...

It leveled it out perfect. I thought the same thing before I did mine as well but it turned out fine. Yes worth every minute spent and dime invested. I'am currently running 285/75/17 bfg MT's, wich are abou the same size as 33's if I 'am not mistaken and have no issue with rubbing. Did you get differnt rims? Because I thought all the OR's came with 17" wheels. I could be wrong though.

I added a Top Gun leveling kit to my 01 OffRoad and it leveled it out really nice. I think the rear is a little lower but I actually like that look. Here is a picture of it with 35" Hankooks on it. Oh I forgot to also say that they will rub at full lock only on the trailing arms. I have been thinking about buying some wheel spacers but I am not sure if I want to do that or get new rims.
