01 Ram 2500 trany don't shift
2001 Dodge - pickup Ram 2500 WD, 5.9 V8 gasoline, odometer 144000 miles[/align]
[/align] [/align] Current check engine code P1756[/align] My trany does not shift more than 30-35mph. Just stuck on low speed and high rpm ( around 3500 at 30mph). When I drive I shift from Drive to Neutral and back to Drive and it usually helps start shifting to higher gears. When I stop the car it stuck again at 2nd gear so Drive - Neutral-Drive to continue driving. Sometimes when I drive 50-70mph suddenly it drops to lower gear and high rpm.[/align] [/align] What might be the problem and how to fix it?[/align] [/align] Thank you for any help,[/align] Mark[/align]
