It's not the best idea in the world. And you definetly don't want to take it offroad like that. 33's would suit the 2" lift alot better.

If you get 35s you'll need to get lower ring and pinion gears.

i've learned, with other trucks and vehicles, lift only what you need, excessive lift wheres out alot of parts, many people will say that you can only fit 33's with a 3 in lift, but i have 36x10.50 with 3 inch suspension lift, no trimming, stock wheels, no rubbing. I bought a rough country lift off of ebay for lift 400-500 bucks. The new front springs where so stiff, that it rides like a 2500 or 3500, but it leans less now then with the stock springs. just my 2 cents

Mine use to be factory "Off Road Package" with a leveling kit, and I was running 35s. I had a little rub if I made really tight turns.

Here is the truck with 3" Rancho sport susp. and 3" body and 35's. The rancho 5000 shocks were very stiff and handled curves astight or betterthan most cars. A pic of truck in progress also.

No, only thing was tight turns and going downhill turns(when weight is on the front end) other then that, no other problems.

Heres pics of it with the setup we are talking about.
