Steve hit it right. For some reason Dodge doesn't have good programmers available. The Ford ones you can change damn near everything. Shift rpms, air fuel ratios, shifting pressures, timing, turn off egr and o2 sensors etc. That stinks too. Dodge could really use a better computer system.
