Get an MSDblaster 2 or 3 coil. Also get an accel wire harness so you can splice into the accel harness rather thancutting up the stock coil adapterin caseyou ever needed to go back to stock. Shott wrote a DIY on installinga whole MSD ingition system that would have every step you need in one of the DIY sections at the top of the forum.
You can definitely find the coil for under $50 and that harness I think is under $10.

I agree with the blaster 3. You need no adapter, just the coil. The coil wire is a female connection, and the blaster 3 is a male connector, it plugs right in. Cutting up the factory coil wire (talking about the 2 wires on the harness now) isnt that big of a deal, just get some ring connectors and cap the ends of the wires with them. If you wanted to go back to stock, just hold on to the harness you cut, and make sure you left about 2"-3" of wire so you can splice it back together if you ever needed it. As far as mounting goes, I went to home depot and got 2 3" ( i believe) pipe clamps. The pipe clamps I got had a hole in one part of it where you can mount it. The factory coil bolts worked just fine to attach the pipe clamps to the bracket. Check my photo album for the pic of what it looks like (its in the stock location)
