Body lift is on: (Updated with Pics)
i installed my bodylift about 2 weeks ago. it took me about 8 hours or so too. i have a few questions and bits of advice for yah too.
Can you post a pic of how the steering linkage was welded? Was the new piece they sent round or square for the steering linkage? Then the ground wires- you should have a bolt on the fire wall near the dist. cap where you can relocate the ground wires. works fine. then on the spacers between the bed and frame where they welded it. did they weld top and bottom or just one side. the reason being is if you need to remove your bed for any reason they will have to be cut. the brake booster hose i just bought a new one from the discount auto parts.
i also love the extra room under the hood. and i get what you mean about the tightness of the truck. big difference. hope this helps out.

Oh, and the tires are on, but it was dark when I got home. Pictures coming soon though. It looks a lot bigger then I thought it would. Guess because its whole life I have seen it looking smaller. Probably get used to it over time though. It's no bigger then tens of other Rams I see on the roads everyday, but I guess because it's mine, it just seems outragiously big. Barely fits in the garage. I have about 1/4" of room on the top opening of the garage door, but it fits. Haven't driven it enough to tell if I am going to like the 4.10/35" combo. Didn't seem too bad when I drove it home from the tire place, but that was only a couple miles from my house. Best test will be tomorrow when I go to work and drive the same drive I do everyday. I know exactly how it does on that drive, and will be able to tell immediatly how much performance I have lost, and in what areas. I got it up to 55 on the drive home though, and the tires seem pretty smooth. Not as smooth as my BFG A/T's but not nearly as bad as I imaged a luggy mud type tire. Little louder then my old tires too, but not bad at all.
