thanks guys! i went a head and ordered those rear leaf springs, so then just gotta get those front springs and the shocks!

FWIW, other than a trackbar bracket and a pitman arm that has the taper reversed, there isn't any steering stuff you have to replace with a 5" kit.

Sounds like our on your way to a 2"-3" with the add-a-leafs though.

Rancho RS9000XL's are made in stock as well as 3" lift versions and I think they are great. They have a 9 position adjustable **** on the shock to set your ride based on your truck and the spring rate. I run these shocks as well as Silver. They are about $100.00 a shock, but well worth it just like the Bilsteins are too.

You get what you pay for with shocks........BTW the Skyjacker Hydros and Nitros suck IMHO.
