Long tube headers, not sure if you can get them for the 2500 but its probably one of the best mods along with a 52mm FastMan.

Hey Bouncer, I plan to get the pacesetter longtube headers with the matching off-road ypipe soon to competely my exhaust system. How much of a differance did you feel with the headers when you first got them installed? Is it noticable?? thx man

well i gota tell ya now i aint touchin anything before the cat i just finished replacing exhaust manifold studs that were broken off in the head so i would prefer no headers as much as i want them too much work[sm=escape.gif][sm=icon_stickpoke.gif][sm=alcoholic.gif][sm=alcoholic.gif]

If I had to guess numbers, at least 25 ft/lbs probably like 20HP at the most, it was definitely noticable on the low end, it opened up the truck so much more.

Get a MAP gas torch from autozone and just heat up the bolts and take em out.

Thanks for the feedback buddy. I'm really excited about those. Can't wait to just complete the exhauat system and get that extra torque!

Somethings wrong. Those old TBI 350's could barely get out of their own way, and the 454's weren't a whole lot better. Your 360 Ram should be able to eat that thing. Do a tune up, make sure the exhaust isn't restricted and check for the "death flash" label under the hood (It's a PCM update that retards the timing)

i wouldent say all that my burban ran an 18.1 in the 1/4 mile fully stock with plow rig on and all te windows down n i raced my cousins ram 2500 with a worked 5.9 (about 6k in mods) and he ran a 17.3 i had him off the line then he passed i dunno im considerin keepin the burban as a daily driver its much faster
