Well, I got in my first accident this weekend, saturday night to be exact. My friend and i were on our way to my house on a windy street, well it turns out that a bunch of cats (5) were in the middle of the street. My friend slows down to let the cats pass, and as im coming around the corner i notice the cats and think crap cats in the road, then i realize **** break lights. So i slam on my breaks and skid into the back of his GMC Envoy. Not much damage done to his car, just his bumper bowed out a lil on the left side. But on my truck, i must have hit his hitch because my front bumper is pushed into my a/c condenser. so i need a new bumper and condenser. Good news though, my tow hooks are ok, same goes with my liights and grill. But..damn.... Freaking cats [:@]

 

That sucks man, at least you don't have cat guts all over your truck right?

 

yeah cats are ok, i was going to swerve to miss my friend but, the cats were on the left, and there was a house on the right so i was kinda screwed...kinda wish i hit the cats though...ahh well

 

f*** the cats.. whats more important??? what if it was the back of a tractor trailor??? what would you do.. **** i take out those cats.. sorry to hear about you accident.. my first accident was with an import.. YES!!!! i had my hitch insert in my hitch.. they hit me going about 10 miles an hour.. my truck didnt even move.. there car on the other hand.. totaled... my hitch went threw there raditor and into there motor.. good thing about driving a truck.. and another reason why not to drive an import

 

haha wow, yeah im kind of glad i hit another big vehicle so damage was at a minimum but would rather have killed the cats....[:@]and save me all this trouble..but at least i can look around for cool bumpers ..and maybe a supercharger..cuz who doesnt need one

 

I don't try to avoid animals in the road if the aversion is likely to cuase an accident. Especially not if the critters are small enough to go under the vehicle.

I actually aim for praire dogs; both with tires and crosshairs[sm=badbadbad.gif].

 

hmm dont think ive ever slowed down for a cat lol...oh wate there was that time my GF was with me...world would have ended if i would have hit it lol

 

ive noticed on some mornings,,, w/o my coffee... 0-god-30 hours... i tend to speed up for cats.. especially if their black... if i bag him' before he gets across the road... then no bad luck!

 

yeah i didnt realize that the cat would have gone under my truck until after the accident..oh well but from now on....ITS ON cats beware

 

cats , dogs , rats , cows , deer , skunks , turkey , rather hit them then a tree or another car..
