straight pipes
I agree with that, flowmaster mufflers, no matter what kind, all have the ability to be tamed by the drive. IF I wanted to, I could make it so my SUPER 44 never reached its fullest potential, but since I'm a dick, I can't help myself, and constantly pump it more than I should muhahahah[8D]
My 31 model A rat rod has Flows and so does my 2000 steeda. My 23 T bucket has zoomies which are baffles in open headers. My dodge has true duals out the manifolds with no cats straight back. If i was to redo the dodge i would probably put bullets on it. Regardless what i do it will sound like a damn tuner car due to the V10. So straight pipes was the route i took, which i have not regreted, well as of yet. Exhaust is each to thier own which is why there is so many differnt options out there to take. Just my worthless .02.
hey sorry to bring this thread a lil off topic and not to steal your thread but how are u guys passing emissions with no cats? i had an oldschool 150+ mile cat on my car when i had emissions done and it passed with flying colors but with no cats is there any way my truck will pass?
Hmm..well firstly, in Maine, they haven't really cracked down on that, nobody would ever take the initiative to check something like that. Also, if you know ppl, then you won't have a hard time. In fact, my mechanic was the one who did it for me lol, so he won't have an issue giving me a state inspection next july.
hmm good point i should just go to the local canadian tire . i know a few apprentices who doo just etests. thanks now i gotta rip apart a week old exhaust job to put straigh pipes on it lmfao
