Default Still Ticking Problem

I still have a ticking problem on it sounds like its coming from the left top engine area(valve cover) the truck sat for about 2 weeks and developed a ticking proble on a cold start up ( i live in frosty NH) i jus tpout on a new exhaust and its all tight no leaks whatsover ive checked it from the heads back to the tips

Things Ive tried
1. Fresh Oil Change 5w30 for the winter
2.Checked Exhaust (no leaks)
3. Checked intake (no problems)
4. Checked Fuses (no problems)

i think it is a sticky lifter but im not 100% sure if anyone knows any good products that can realease it any suggestions would be appreciated
thanksss

Lifter or injector. I have a tick-tick-tick that occurs on the driver's bank of my engine.
