Still Ticking Problem
I still have a ticking problem on it sounds like its coming from the left top engine area(valve cover) the truck sat for about 2 weeks and developed a ticking proble on a cold start up ( i live in frosty NH) i jus tpout on a new exhaust and its all tight no leaks whatsover ive checked it from the heads back to the tips
Things Ive tried
1. Fresh Oil Change 5w30 for the winter
2.Checked Exhaust (no leaks)
3. Checked intake (no problems)
4. Checked Fuses (no problems)
i think it is a sticky lifter but im not 100% sure if anyone knows any good products that can realease it any suggestions would be appreciated
thanksss

wynns engine tune up works unreal !! If it is a sticky lifter that will free it . bardal engine treatment is good as well but if you can find it go with the wynns I think walmart sells it
its a lash adjuster problem mine was the left bank as well on cold startups .... get alot quieter after warmup for a while now I can hear it the whole time especially when getting into the gas pedal. ....sounds like a loose rocker arm doesnt it ?
