ahhhh my butt feels better
LOL that's goin to be sweet! How long of a drive is it from your house to the exhaust shop haha? I think you'll be quite alright with 2.5". If your running longtube headers, you defiantly want to maximize torque by opening up that muffler, it's worth it! I'm pumped for ya. When are they going to put the exhaust system in??
Man that must be fricken exciting to know you've got them ordered though. There is just something about HEADERS that get me so damn excited, it's just like that first true step of being taken serious with mods. If you don't have headers, you don't have anything to brag about. I can't wait to get those long tubes as well, there just amazing. I like how you can see the manifolds so easy on these dodge enignes, it's gonna be sick opening the hood and seeing these big shiny *** headers connected to the block, just ****in sick! Can't wait to see your rig all hooked up. You should make a video of your truck when you start it with open headers, that's going to be sensational lmao!
Haven't ordered them yet, I'm hoping to get them for x-mas. But on ebay, a guy sells the pacesetter ceramic coated longtubes WITH the y-pipe for like $560, free shipping. It's an incredible deal
You're going to be running a SI/DO right? 2.5 will be fine. Sometimes people go down to 2.25 for true duals, but I've seen people running fake duals as big as 3" on here, but 2.5 seems to be working just fine for everyone who has it.

Glad you found a better price. These guys are still jerkin the price, but it's still a start. Are you having someone else installer the headers at a different time or something? Also, I like your idea of getting rid of the two small cats, and running just one big one (modified of course
)...that way at least if you did get pulled over, THERES SOMETHING under there for regulations. I'm excited to hear show she sounds, it's going to be a nice upgrade. I don't know if you mentioned it or not, but what muffler are you running? Also, is there a reason you want to run 2.25" on the outlets. I think you'd be a lot more happy with 2.5". None of us have issues with power with that set-up. You also can get more tip options with that 2.5" size piping, it's also a little stronger for overall durability. Goodluck with everything and keep us updated on your price, and your healing process lmao!

YEa I'm excited I might go and get the cat back done on monday and then bring it in after I get the headers to have the rest done.
