What is the year of the H2 that the rims came off of?
You said you know for sure the bolt pattern is the same?
Never mind about the year...
If you can verify the hub diameter as the same as your 2500 or larger, then you can get hub-centric rings custom made for those wheels. If it's the same, then you'll be fine.
As for the backspacing, check what your 2500 is, and if it's close to the same, you should be fine.
As for the width, they are 8.5" wide. Also, should be okay.
Your biggest problem is most likely going to be the hub. If it's larger, custom rings are gonna cost a pretty penny. I would just forget about it, and find some aftermarket rims. Unless you have your heart set on those.

Yes they will fit. You need to machine the center out to 4.774" to fit over your hubs. Backspacing is 5.5" and will stick out a tad more than the stock wheels. Not bad at all. They are 17x8.5 wheel.
