What about your egr valve. Mine would surge and stall at stop lights, so I took the line off of the egr valve and plugged it. Problem solved.

Well I replaced the IAC, ad it still surges but not quite as bad. It'll stay at the same rpm level, but idle very rough and occasionally do a little hiccup so the problem is still there, just not quite as prevalent and there is a vacuum sucking sound which I heard some people have fixed through various procedures.. Also, I broke a screw head off of one of the bolts that holds the tb to the railing that houses the cable's. not sure the specific name, but I figured it was ok to drive. Maybe not? I'm thinking of going with a fastman in a month after tax returns anyway.

Ok, I need to have someone verify how to adjust cables. One thing I've never done and I realized that today. So can anyone tell me in lamens terms how to adjust the cables?
