Lookin to replace the cat, pipe, and muffler, and was wondering some ballpark price ranges I should look for. I'm hoping 250 bucks could get me a basic job. Is that reasonable?
Have you checked unfer the truck first? I found out on my 2001 that my exhaust piping was 3" but it knuckled down to 2.5 at the cat and muffler. I cut out the knuckles, ran 3 inch si/so cat and muffler and a 12" long magnaflow tip and basically have a whole new 3" exhaust system with a nice performance boost. I would say that $150 to $200 for labor and you buy the parts.
