Well 20dodge.....i called flowmaster myself and a very nice guy told me that the super 40 will sound MUCH better than the super 44 on my truck, and the only difference is, it has a smaller casing which isnt nessisarily better. He also said that the super 40 is actually sells a lot of the super 40, so im not sure what you mean by "failure" but they seem to be sellling a lot

 

hmmmm would a company trying to make money sell you a cheaper item or the more expensive item..... Especially since they now you only install it once.

 

well i think he tried to help me out. he told me a lot of stuff about the muffler i want.

 

neon , you tried em all ??? if thats the case then where is the sound clips ? tell you what i still have all of my clips single IN/SO with the stock air cleaner , si/do stock air box , airraid , KN .. since you know so much about a muffler tell me whats the difference between flowmaster and magnaflow or a glasspack , xlerator , tell me why you are so much of an expert on this ??? just calling ..lol...saleman will sell you anything. hell ill even put up clips when i had the stock part cloged cat on.. and later on ill have a clip with headers.. and if i get really lucky finding this clip i even have one the gibson muffler on it..

Well ive decided im going to go with the super 40 exhaust. I think ill like it much more.

20dodge...thanks for the opinion but theres no need to insult me ok? I like your truck and you seem like a nice guy but the reason why i ask padodge muffler questions is because he has a similiar truck to mine in a way. he has the 5.2 and he has tried a lot of mufflers out. No big deal man, i dont like to argue. Thank you for your opinion..
