Here in Michigan (Detroit) area i'm sure the police hate me. The only thing they can pull you over for is excessive noise. I've ran my race cars open headers to my exhaust guy all the time. With my V10 straight piped i never got pulled over. A few times cops staired at me leaving a light if i was on the floor. My T Bucket i will be running dragster headers on it basically open primaries swooped up. Atleast in Michigan anyways where we don't have emission testings all they can pull you over for is excessive noise and I never got one yet, I know i've had vehicals i could be heard for over a mile away.
