two questions
Your truck wanting to move left is prob. not the alignment----its probably caster. Has the truck ever been in an accident? For an explanation of caster:

Have you checked the track bar for play? If there is a crownin the road and bad track bar it could pull, track bar issues show up mostly in wandering/playand possible death wobble but its worth a check (you need two people to check)
on tire psi, when I had stock E tires on my 4x4 2500 ram I would run 35-40 unloaded around town, sometimes even lower for comfort, on long trips unloaded (for better MPG I would be closer to 45psi) when loaded with jeep on trailer I would go to max on sidewall 65psi i think
now with my 315/70/17 load range D's I run around 33psi around town unloaded
