two questions
1) Tire pressures in Load range E tires... I am running 64lbs in '01 2500. It rides like a tank. Too high? I am used to a Jeep that rides on 28lbs.
2) Alignment. Pulls HARD to the left, even after alignment. But tracks pretty straight with 4500lb trailer in tow.
Any suggestions??
Thanks!!

1) I have a '98 2500 I run mid to high 30'spsi on mine when not hauling heavy loads. This seams to be a pretty decent range for dailydriver.2) I know its hrad to tell, but does the trailer track straight? Your trailer could be wanting to wanting to dogleg out the right. Or do you get a HARD pull to the left even when driving without the trailer?
I run about 50psi when I am unloaded and about 65-70 when I am loaded depending on the weight of the load. I don't want to go below 50 because I am worried about cupping the tread on the outside.
Trailer is brand-hammer new, less than 4 months old with probably less than 1000 miles on it. It tracks straight. I will be dropping the tire pressures to 45ish and doing a chalk test ASAP to ascertain wear patterns.

I run about 30-35 in mine when I'm not loaded down.

He is running Trxus Mud tires. NOT a load range E tire. We run them on the Jeep. My BFG KO AllTerrains have max PSI of 80, and will be aired down to 45 this evening.

Actually they are 10 ply, or I would not have bothered responding. They max out at 80psi. True if I had a 2500 I would run a little bit higher air pressure.

i run about 45-50 unloaded in my E tires on 1500. higher pressures just make the ride even rougher. your 2500 is likely to beat you up no matter what.
sounds like your trailer is forcing the truck to track straighter by acting as a brake/anchor. i'd get a second opinion on the alignment, including a road test.
i once got an alignment and left the shop.. going down the road it pulled bad. took it back and said, somethings not right. tech said.. oh yeah, its dead on, blah blah. i said drive it. he came back and adjusted on it some more, and made some face saving excuses... i tweaked it a little, blah blah. yeah ok, just so it drives straight.
