I would say just go with the 285's. I THINK the 295's will be a little wider but im not 100% sure. Im sure someone like cereal could help you with that.

eh, it's up to you but 285/75/16s will rub justbit on the control arms at full lock (Where your power steering pump starts to whine cause you shouldn't be doing it) on the stock rims. 295s are just going to be worse. I've seen 305/70/16s on the stock rims. Same height as the 285s but about an inch wider, that extra inch causes all kindsof rubbing on the control arms.

Of course it's wider. When reading a metric tire size, the first number represents the width of the tire. I see this on here daily where people think the first number represents the height. I'm not quite sure where this comes from other than misunderstanding because the standard measurements call out the height first.

so my question to you, BackWoodz, is are you actually looking to see if you can fit a 33" tall tire (because that is what Cereal Killer is running), or are you actually looking for pictures of 11.22" wide tires?

Check this out --> 285/75/16 is a 33 x 11.22 x 16 tire
295/75/16 is a 33 x 11.61 x 16 tire.

Know what I mean?
