So how do you order the APC kit? It appears the link goes straight to paypal but doesn't insert any information, like where to send it.

Thanks.

Nevermind. The link w/o the bolts works.

I had to call them because of the funny link thing, and he took my order over the phone.

There are 16 o-rings. 2 on each injector. I ended up using only 8 because I just pulled the injectors out of the intake and left them in the fuel rails. The other 8 are up where the injector inserts into the rail.

Well, I placed the order w/o the bolts. Is it possible to "reuse" the old ones or can I get them elsewhere? I might get the bolts from Hughes if they have other parts for the truck. I'd like to upgrade the brakes and add a bed cover. Maybe a new CAI system.

Thanks.

Maybe you should let your friend know he's losing sales since the link isn't right.

I told hi when I ordered mine. Suprised it's not fixed yet. Do not reuse the bolts. The intake bolts are torque-to-yeild (means they stretch under the correct torque), so they can not be reused. You should be able to buy them at the dealership though, but you might have to get other stuff with them (they come in a package with gaskets for the intake). Did you call APS and see if they can just get you the right package instead?

It's coming good so far, but you really never know until your start it up. I hate that you have to reinstall pretty much EVERYTHING before you know if it is good. Yes, it was a PITA, but not because it was difficult, it is just hard to reach everything (especially on a truck with 6" of lift).

Both Hughes and APS take Paypal payments to a certain email address. It was listed on the APS site. I think they just wanted you to login and send the money with a message. Paypal is very safe, so it would be okay to do so. I also didn't get it at first and checked out the Hughes kit and bought it there but I still had to logon to paypal and and do exactly the same thing as I would have done at APS.

I will post pics of what I get with the set, and I have alot of before and after pics. My dad talked me out of the Keg mod so I don't think I am going to do that. My Intake is still at a shop getting cleaned anyway.

I definetly think this truck is by far one of the easiest cars to work on, that I have ever had.

I'll call APS and see if I can get it added to the order. Thanks.
