I ran 33's on my truck at stock height with no rubbing issues at all. However, I just recently had my 98 next to a 94 and noticed that the sway bar linkages and a couple other things are a little different. Nothing major, but I'm curious if they changed things just a bit (most likely in the 97-98 change) that sat the truck just a bit higher.

To everyone that is still refering to the first number in a meteric tire as the height (i.e. 265's = 31.5, 285's = 32.5), please learn what a tire size reads. In a metric tire, the first number is the width. SOOOOOOOOOO...265 = 10.4" wide and 285 = 11.22" wide.

265 75 16 got better fuel milage on the V10 than when I was running 285 75 16, but I didn't think the 285's were big enought, so I gave it a little lift and went to 315 75 16. I say ifthe rubbing is a problem, lift it.
