I'm not a cop or a cop lover for that matter but i have to admit in my own experiance the 10% of them are the bad ones most of the time . When i get pulled over (most of the time i'm at fault) it usually ends pretty nicely, except for the ticket but like i said i usually deserve it. last time i got pulled over i was in nyc my car had no lights in the rear at all . after pulling me over they asked to search the car, i told them there was a 1/2 ounce of pot in the car. they searched and found it . not only did they put it back where it was but let me go with out a ticket at all they just told me to take the car home. i almost kissed the cop . most times something similar to that happenes on the rare occasion that the cop is a dick i just remember all the good ones . the only reason that it seams like there are only 10% good cops is because we all bitch about bad experiances and never tell of the good, i'm guilty of this as well.
