Today I finally started putting things back in the truck

Wiring harness went in, finished cleaning entirely. My buddy came over and sanded and painted the new hood (repayment for me sanding and painting his fenders on his chevelle). Started on the rear as well.

Im impressed with how much your able to do on your truck so quickly. The amount of work youve done since the beninning of this thread is more then i would of done in a year. Granted im at school at the moment and 300 miles from my truck

thanks. Its my daily driver so I cant really afford to sit idle and let it be burnt. Besides, it hurts too much to see it broken.

Rock and Roll Indy. Glad to hear she's up and running again. Maybe she isn't running down the road, but at least she sounds like she could.

we will have a fully restored interior and tuned up running engine by tomorrow. hopefully the new rear will be prepped and the old will be completely out by tomorrow as well. i can't say that the new one will be installed, but we're going to try. then windshield/cowl and all systems are go.
