I have a 2001 Ram 2500 4x4 5.9l v8. The only mods are a Magnaflow cat and y-pipe, shorty headers, and cherry bomb extreme SIDO muffler.

Ok. Let me move this to a better section.
Got a picture of that TB?

Most around here go with Fastman TB's. Excellent quality, and noticable performance gain.

Wow, that looks like crap. Nothing at all like a Fastman. That is a total hack job. You could probably do that to your own TB, and probably do a better job of it.

Someone who has a good one, post up a picture of a Fastman for comparison.

32spec, do you have a link to the ebay ad? That does look like a piece of crap. If it'sbeing sold as a custom performance job, that's a joke. If it's a damaged, but functional TB that's being sold as such, I might pay $20, tops. JMO.

Mod your own, or get a Fastman or other quality piece.

I bought a stock TB with all sensors, etc for $20 on ebay to do my own "custom" job.

it looks worse because he didn't clean it, but i am sure it functions as a 50mm TB.
