6" Lift Coils For a 4x4

Does anyone know much about these? It's said to be for a 3/4 or 1 ton 4x4.

Could these work on a 1/2 ton 2wd truck for a front lift or am I dreaming?

Someone is selling them for $100.00

I dont think they work for 2wd trucks. sorry

Hmmm. I'd like to still know why. Is there possibly a difference in coil spring diameter, is this one too stiff? What!!!???
