Unless you buy a "HID Converter Kit" off of eBay, or something similar from somewhere, you do not have HIDs. The reason they throw the term HID around in their auctions is because, if you look in the fine print, it will say something to the effect of "just like HID lights" or "just as bright as HID headlights" usually followed by "found in expensive Audi, BMWs..." etc. etc.

They are brighter than stock, but not HID. You have good lights, don't misunderstand me, its just that you don't have HIDs.
