I have a qc lb so doing the conversion wouldn't net me anything. I thought about putting my body on the wreck but the frame of the wreck is bent. I really just want the manual tranny I figure that would be better then trying to get a built auto. The other plus is I could swap the axles wich I would do in a heart beat along with alot of the suspension. Then I could sell the cummins, my stock axels,and scrap the truck. Seems like I could problably pay for a big part of the conversion that way. The only hurtle that I can think of is if the tranny would connect to a 5.9 if I replaced the bell housing. I might just keep my eyes out for a 5.9 2500.
